Find the Right Page
Before You Send an Inquiry

This page routes you by buyer task — not by publication date or category. Use it before RFQ to reach the correct technical entry point.

C Buyer Support

FAQ, Download Center & Contact

These three pages reduce wasted rounds before an inquiry. Check the FAQ for common questions on MOQ, lead time, and compatibility. Download spec sheets or packaging references before writing an RFQ. When you are ready, contact technical sales directly.

Core Resource

FAQ — Common Questions Answered

MOQ, lead time, material certification, connector compatibility, export packaging, and how to submit a quote request — answered before you need to ask. Reviewing the FAQ first often removes the need for a clarification round in both directions.

A Selection & Comparison

Compare Before You Spec

Use these two pages before writing a connector or cable specification. They reduce errors at the RFQ stage by helping you confirm product type, material grade, and rated configuration before contacting technical sales.

Selection Guide

Banana Plug Selection Guide

Structured comparison of banana plug types — standard 4mm, shrouded safety, stackable, and panel-mount — by current rating, body material, and connector compatibility. Use this page before writing a connector spec to confirm which type applies to your test equipment or safety standard requirement.

Best for: buyers comparing banana plug options before writing an RFQ or issuing a purchase spec

Material Reference

Test Leads Material Comparison

Covers insulation grades — PVC, silicone, TPE — with temperature ratings, conductor options, flexibility characteristics, and typical application fit. Use this page when verifying material suitability for a specific operating environment or when the standard spec needs to be confirmed before approval.

Best for: engineers and sourcing teams checking insulation and conductor fit before approving a spec

B Custom & OEM Support

Non-Standard Specs and Private Label

When a standard product does not match your cable length, connector type, or insulation requirement — or when you need a branded cable assembly for export — use these pages before submitting an inquiry. They explain what information is needed to produce an accurate quote.

Custom Products

Custom Test Leads

For buyers whose application requires a non-standard cable length, modified connector configuration, or alternative insulation grade. This page explains what QSNTECH needs to produce a custom quotation and what lead time and MOQ parameters apply to custom orders.

Best for: buyers whose spec does not match a catalogue product — custom cable length, connector pair, or insulation requirement

OEM Assembly

OEM Test Cable Assembly

For buyers sourcing private-label or production-scale cable assemblies. Covers construction options, connector type availability, export packaging, labelling, and how to submit a project brief. Includes guidance on annual volume estimates and branding specifications.

Best for: buyers with private-label requirements, own-brand product lines, or OEM export volume orders

E Technical & Real-Use Insights

Engineer Perspectives and Buyer Experiences

These content paths provide technical interpretation and real-application context. Use them when you need to understand how a product performs in practice, or to validate a connector or material choice before committing to a spec.

★ Recommended First

Engineer Insights

Technical articles written from a product and application engineering perspective. Covers connector selection rationale, insulation material trade-offs, common specification mistakes, and performance comparisons — written to support informed sourcing decisions, not just general education.

Best for: engineers validating a spec or sourcing teams checking technical fit before RFQ
Read Engineer Insights

Customer Voices

Real-use references from buyers who have sourced test leads, connectors, or cable assemblies through QSNTECH. Covers product performance in specific applications, OEM project outcomes, and sourcing process experience — useful for buyers evaluating fit before contacting.

Best for: buyers who want to see real-application context before committing to a product

Reference Archive

Blog

Full content archive including product updates, application notes, and industry context. Use when you want to browse a broader range of content beyond the two focused paths above. Not the recommended starting point for buyers actively scoping a product or preparing an RFQ.

F Buyer Routing Guide

Which Resource Matches Your Current Stage?

Use this table to reach the correct page for your current task in the sourcing process.

Standard product, known spec
Start with the relevant product family page. Confirm connector type, cable length, and insulation grade. If the standard range matches, proceed directly to contact with a part reference or description.
Comparing connector types or materials
Use the Banana Plug Selection Guide or the Material Comparison page to shortlist options. Confirm your choice before writing an RFQ to avoid specification errors.
Non-standard or modified spec
Start with Custom Test Leads. Review what information is required, then contact with your drawing, dimensions, and target quantity. Do not submit a custom RFQ without specifying cable length, connector type, and insulation preference.
Private label or production OEM
Use the OEM Cable Assembly page to understand construction and branding options. Then contact with a project brief covering branding requirements, target market, and annual volume estimate.
Open questions before contacting
Check the FAQ first. Questions on MOQ, lead time, certification, and connector availability are answered there. Also check the Download Center for spec sheets that answer dimensional or material questions.
Checking technical or real-use fit
Read Engineer Insights for application and selection context, or Customer Voices for real buyer experiences. These are more useful than the general blog archive when validating a product decision.
Unsure which product or path applies
Contact technical sales with a brief description of your application, test equipment model, or a photo of the connector you need to replace. QSNTECH will identify the correct product direction and point to the right next page.
G RFQ Preparation

Information to Prepare Before Sending an Inquiry

Inquiries that include the fields below receive a complete technical response on the first reply. Incomplete inquiries require follow-up and extend total lead time. Use the FAQ and Download Center to resolve open questions before sending.

Information Priority What to include
Connector type Required Banana plug (4mm / shrouded / stackable), alligator clip (jaw size), probe tip style, BNC, or binding post. Specify male/female and both ends if they differ. Use the selection guide to confirm type before sending.
Cable length Required Overall assembled length in mm or cm. If both ends differ, specify each connector separately. Confirm whether this is the tip-to-tip or usable conductor length.
Insulation / jacket Required PVC, silicone, TPE, or other. If unsure, specify the temperature range and application environment. Use the material comparison page to confirm grade before submitting.
Quantity Required Quantity per order or annual volume estimate. Specify whether this is a sample request, trial order, or production volume. MOQ varies by configuration — see FAQ for details.
Drawing or photo Recommended A dimensional drawing, product photo, or sample reference reduces specification errors and speeds up the quotation process significantly. Download available spec references from the Download Center as a format reference.
Target market Recommended Export destination or end-use country. Relevant for compliance references, packaging language, and plug standard (EU safety plugs differ from standard 4mm).
Application notes Optional Test equipment model, voltage/current range, regulatory requirement (CE, UL, RoHS), or any specific performance requirement. Check Engineer Insights for technical context on your application type.
Branding / labelling OEM only For OEM and private-label orders: specify logo placement, colour, packaging style, and whether EAN/barcode is required. See the OEM Assembly page before submitting.
